- Hotel pager call -- 8 am shifts, 72-hour blocks
- L&D call required -- occasional GYN calls from the ED
- 80% low-risk, 20% high-risk pregnancy mix
- 20% c-section rate
- Weekend callback rate approximately 16%
- 20-minute response time required
- Board certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
