• 100% outpatient practice with no hospital rounds
• Monday - Friday schedule with one rotating Saturday per month
• Compensatory time off provided when working a Saturday
• Minimal on-call responsibility; phone triage only

• 18 - 21 patients per day in a well-established community health center
