Job Description
- 24-hour call shifts -- 7 am to 7 am
- Average 1 - 2 patients seen per call shift
- Emergency Department orthopaedic call coverage only
- Fractures, sports injuries, and general orthopaedic cases
- Arthroscopy and total joint replacement skills required
- Joint revision or repair -- shoulder, hip, and knee required
- Phone consults: 0 - 5 per 24-hour shift
- Both inpatient and outpatient practice setting required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
