**Gynecological Oncology Opportunity – Southwest Georgia**
A 155-bed community-based teaching hospital in Southwest Georgia is seeking a full-time Gynecological Oncology physician to join its established and well-supported team.
You will work alongside a board-certified Gynecological Oncologist and an experienced nurse practitioner, with additional collaboration from a hematology/medical oncologist and two radiation oncologists. The cancer center is located directly on the hospital campus, offering seamless access to surgical, medical, and radiation oncology services.
**Practice Highlights**
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, with dedicated weekly OR block time
- No call requirement
- Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
- Mentorship available for those early in their careers
- 24/7 access to the physicians’ lounge (meals provided) and a full employee fitness center
- State-of-the-art Medical Education Center with simulation labs and conference facilities
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Competitive guaranteed base salary commensurate with experience, plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment
- 100% of shared practice profits
- Generous student loan repayment assistance
- Paid health insurance in exchange for precepting residents and medical students
- Paid malpractice coverage with tail
- Optional participation in the hospital’s supplemental benefits package (including retirement match) for W-2 employees
- Paid house-hunting and relocation assistance
- Monthly cell phone allowance
- CME allowance plus paid CME time off
- Annual paid time off plus holidays
- Residents/fellows who commit early may receive a monthly stipend through the remainder of training or elect a sign-on bonus
**Requirements**
- Completion (or upcoming completion) of a Gynecological Oncology fellowship
- Board-certified or board-eligible (must achieve certification within 5 years if currently eligible)
- Georgia medical license or eligibility via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
