Locums Outpatient Family Medicine Physician — Albuquerque, NM (Mon–Fri, No Call)

Join a supportive outpatient team in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule—no evenings, no weekends, and no after-hours charting. You’ll practice full-spectrum Family Medicine seeing newborns through retirees, averaging 8–14 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting that uses a true value-based care model (no fee-for-service or RVU quotas). The clinic uses Elation for charting.

What you’ll do:

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions and perform comprehensive physical exams
• Create individualized treatment and preventive care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate specialty referrals as needed
• Manage patients across the full range of outpatient primary care
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and keep accurate, timely medical records

Schedule and work environment:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No late clinics, no call or weekends, and no after-hours charting
• Average patient load: 8–14 per day
• 100% outpatient, full-spectrum Family Medicine
• EMR: Elation
• Value-based care model—no fee-for-service or RVU requirements

Requirements:

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine)
• Active New Mexico medical license
• BLS certification and DEA registration
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience
