Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Value-Based Primary Care (Grapevine, TX)

Join a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Grapevine, TX, where physicians deliver continuity-focused, preventive primary care and coordinate comprehensive treatment with specialists. Ideal candidates are compassionate Family or Internal Medicine physicians who prioritize strong patient-provider relationships while managing both acute and chronic conditions.

• Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 plus up to 20% annual performance bonus
• $1,250/month for supervising each Nurse Practitioner

Core responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care
• Perform comprehensive assessments, medical histories, and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide preventive care and patient education
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (monthly stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality to ensure scheduled patient visits

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license and DEA license in good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
