Join a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Grapevine, TX, where physicians deliver continuity-focused, preventive primary care and coordinate comprehensive treatment with specialists. Ideal candidates are compassionate Family or Internal Medicine physicians who prioritize strong patient-provider relationships while managing both acute and chronic conditions.
What we offer
- Value-based care model with emphasis on quality outcomes
- Monday–Friday schedule; some clinics offer extended hours
- Outpatient clinic serving adults (18+)
- Dedicated clinic team, including a Medical Assistant
- Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 plus up to 20% annual performance bonus
- $1,250/month for supervising each Nurse Practitioner
- CME allowance and paid CME time

- Eligible for sign-on bonus
Core responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care
- Perform comprehensive assessments, medical histories, and risk evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide preventive care and patient education
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (monthly stipend provided)
- Maintain punctuality to ensure scheduled patient visits
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
- Active Texas medical license and DEA license in good standing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
