Join a growing, team-focused practice delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to residents of skilled nursing facilities across Goldsboro, North Carolina. We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working collaboratively to improve the health and quality of life of older adults.
Why this role is a great fit
- Full-time positions with flexible schedules designed for work-life balance.
- Typical shifts are six hours per facility, with rounds usually starting between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m.
- No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities.
- Spend your day doing what matters: daily rounds, managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications and treatment plans, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.
- Streamlined documentation with an efficient EHR, AI scribe support, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
- Clinical support available through UpToDate® for real-time guidance.

Who we’re looking for
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent).
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred—but not required if you have strong clinical skills and a passion for this population.
