Type: Locum tenens, outpatient primary care
Compensation: $140/hour

Overview
Provide patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient practice focused on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine health maintenance
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals
• Manage chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, hyperlipidemia)
• Counsel patients on prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and support staff to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Massachusetts medical license
• Current DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
