Hospital-Based Cardiology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Fall River, MA

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our hospital-based cardiology team in Fall River, Massachusetts. Working alongside experienced cardiologists, you will deliver comprehensive inpatient cardiovascular care in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

You will manage hospitalized cardiology patients under cardiology supervision, with emphasis on pre- and post-procedure care for interventional cardiology patients. Key responsibilities include coordinating follow-up care, facilitating seamless transitions with Hospitalists and Primary Care Providers, participating in multidisciplinary care planning, and documenting care in the electronic health record.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Active Massachusetts NP or PA license; current DEA and MA Controlled Substances registrations
• Inpatient cardiology experience preferred; experience with cardiac catheterization patients highly desirable
• Knowledge of cardiac diagnoses, medications, and cardiovascular procedures
• Proficiency with Epic, eClinicalWorks, and common clinical software
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; compassionate and team-oriented
