Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care at skilled nursing facilities in Gallaway and Tiptonville, Tennessee. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients.
You’ll work alongside experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants to deliver patient-centered care while serving as the clinical lead and providing oversight at your assigned facilities. Physicians typically cover each site 1–2 days per week, with no fixed start or end times, no call, and no overnight shifts—helping you maintain a strong work-life balance.
What you can expect:
- Part-time schedule with flexible days on-site (usually 1–2 days per facility per week)
- Typical daily patient volume of 18–25 visits
- Support from NPs and PAs and a collaborative, team-based culture
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply
Locations: Primarily serving Tiptonville and Gallaway, Tennessee, with additional opportunities nationwide in Georgia, Kansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
