Locums Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) — Phoenix, AZ (Central or West Valley Coverage)

Join our Phoenix, AZ team as a full-time Locum Family Nurse Practitioner providing family medicine coverage at one of our clinics. Providers should be flexible to work at either the Central Valley or West Valley location based on scheduling and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Perform histories, physical exams, health assessments and routine screenings.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring safety and effectiveness.
• Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and self-management strategies.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists and allied health providers.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license.
• National Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification.
• Primary care or family medicine experience preferred.
• Willingness to provide coverage at either the Central Valley or West Valley clinic as needed.
