Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care (Gainesville, FL)

We’re expanding our team in Gainesville and looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy team-based care and want to make a real difference in the lives of older adults across skilled nursing facilities.

Where you could work:

• Primary location: Gainesville, FL
• Additional opportunities in Clearwater, Lake Placid, and Orlando, FL

What the role looks like:

• Full-time positions with flexible schedules
• Six-hour facility shifts (most rounds start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No overnight shifts and no on-call duties
• Daily rounds to manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and set treatment plans
• Efficient documentation using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation — you’ll receive a company iPad with LTE
• Clinical support via UpToDate® for point-of-care guidance

What we’re looking for:

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred
