Hospitalist NP/PA – Skilled Nursing PRN or FT (Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Nights/Call, Relocation + Bonus)

We’re expanding our team caring for residents in skilled nursing facilities across Jesup and Tucker, Georgia, and we’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting.

What you’ll do

• Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform daily rounds, evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions, and create treatment and medication plans.
• Collaborate closely with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Document efficiently using our streamlined EHR (AI Scribe, voice dictation) on a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Use UpToDate® for on-the-spot clinical guidance.

Schedule & work style

• Full-time and PRN positions available with flexible scheduling.
• Full-time shifts are six hours; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities.

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
