Practice details

• Outpatient-only (no inpatient consults or rounds)
• Full-time with flexible scheduling
• Shared night/weekend phone coverage with another rheumatologist; minimal burden (typically 0–2 calls/week)

Compensation and benefits

• Starting guaranteed base salary $250,000; productivity-based compensation with no upper limit

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Rheumatology fellowship
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Rheumatology
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
