Intensivist Physician (ICU) — Day & Night Opportunities — Boston, MA

Join a growing, physician-led hospital medicine and critical care group north of Boston that staffs multiple hospitals across Massachusetts. We deliver high-quality patient care, support clinician development, and partner closely with hospital leadership. We are seeking skilled, dedicated Intensivists for day and night roles to provide exceptional care for critically ill patients.

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive annual salary: $320,000–$350,000 (commensurate with experience, schedule, and qualifications)

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ICU care on a 7-on / 7-off schedule to support work-life balance
• Conduct patient assessments, ventilator management, admissions and discharges, and daily ICU rounds
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nursing, respiratory therapy, specialty consultants) to create and implement patient-centered care plans
• Document care accurately and efficiently using Cerner EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices in critical care

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care, or Internal Medicine/Critical Care
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, critically ill patients
• Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth
