Urgent Care Physician — Roseburg, OR | Flexible Schedule, $289K Base + Sign-On

Overview

• Provide high-quality urgent care for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent concerns in a busy, well-equipped clinic.
• Use modern EMR with streamlined documentation.
• Work rotating shifts shared across a supportive clinical team.

Clinic hours and schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Rotating shifts to cover clinic hours

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $289,239; bonus potential for wRVUs above 5,419
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage a broad scope of urgent care presentations
• Make independent clinical decisions and provide appropriate treatments, referrals, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Urgent Care or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a wide range of urgent care cases
