Full-Scope OB/Gyn Physician — Robotic Surgery, Team-Based Practice, Work–Life Balance

Board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist needed to join a full-scope women’s health team in Roseburg, OR. Practice includes inpatient and outpatient care, gynecologic surgery (robot-assisted available), prenatal and obstetric services, and clinic visits in a collaborative team environment.

Practice details

• Full-spectrum OB/Gyn: outpatient clinic, deliveries, inpatient coverage, gynecologic surgery (robot-assisted available).
• Team: 3 OB/Gyn physicians, 2 family physicians with OB training, and 2 certified nurse midwives.
• Support: dedicated OR time, experienced clinical staff, integrated EMR.

Schedule, call, and volume

• Full-time position with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Shared call rotation: first call includes CNMs and FP-OBs; second call among OB/Gyn physicians only.
• Typical patient volume: ~16–20 patients per day (varies by schedule).

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $386,691 (MGMA median) with additional productivity bonus for wRVUs above 6,994.
• Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement.

• CME: $7,000 annual allowance and 40 hours of CME leave.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Completion of ACGME-accredited OB/Gyn residency.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to comprehensive women’s health.
