Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner — Full-Time 3-on/4-off, Bensalem (Competitive Pay + Benefits)

A well-established urgent care practice in Bensalem, PA is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner with experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering efficient, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.

Schedule and responsibilities

• Full-time: 3 days on, 4 days off; rotating shifts within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, seven days a week
• Evaluate and manage a broad range of acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespan
• Work autonomously while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team
• Use modern clinical resources and protocols to ensure high-quality care and timely patient throughput

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania, or eligibility to obtain one
• Clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills; ability to manage a diverse patient mix independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
