Part-Time Hospitalist NP/PA – Flexible Days, No Call, Skilled Nursing (Mishawaka, IN)

Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Mishawaka, Indiana, as part of a growing clinical team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00–10:00 a.m.), no call or overnight responsibilities, and collaborative work with physicians and facility staff to deliver evidence-based care.

Locations also available nationwide in GA, IL, KS, MI, MO, OH, TN, and WI.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions for 15–20 patients per day on average
• Prescribe and adjust medications, develop and implement treatment plans
• Communicate and coordinate care with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• NP board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN) or PA certification (NCCPA)
• Board certified or eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
