Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner — Milford, CT

Join a collaborative oncology practice in Milford, CT, delivering high-quality hematology and oncology care in a primarily outpatient setting with limited inpatient consults. You will work alongside two physicians and two nurse practitioners to provide comprehensive patient management, treatment planning, and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical care (~90%) and inpatient consultations (~10%).
• Manage patient assessments, treatment plans, chemotherapy administration oversight, symptom management, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document encounters, participate in quality improvement activities, and support patient education and navigation.

Schedule

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM–6:30 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM–1:30 PM

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Hematology/Oncology.
• Active APRN license in Connecticut.
