Job Description
Locums - A well respected health system is seeking a Neurohospitalist to provide outpatient clinic coverage in western Maryland.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurohospitalist
- Start date January 1, 2027; ongoing need
- Approximately 20 shifts per month; Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
- No call
- Average 18-20 patients per shift; 2-3 EEGs per day to be read
- Provider will see general neurology patients in the outpatient clinic; assumes responsibility for existing patient panel and new patient referrals
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
- EMR Epic
- Active MD license (will accept candidates needing to obtain license), DEA, BLS, CSR, recent case logs required
- Starting rate $275/hr, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
