Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician — Port Charlotte, FL

Join our team as a locum Emergency Medicine physician in Port Charlotte, FL, where you’ll have the flexibility to practice in a variety of emergency settings while delivering high-quality, time-sensitive care.

You’ll be caring for patients with a wide range of acute conditions—performing thorough histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, initiating treatment plans, administering medications, and performing minor procedures as needed. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients, arrange appropriate dispositions, and communicate clearly with patients and families.

What we’re looking for:

• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
• Active Florida medical license
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
