NP/PA - Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) - Wausau, Wisconsin

Aspirus Health is seeking a flexible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) team in Wausau, Wisconsin.

This NP or PA will work with patients navigating a wide array of injuries or conditions, while they learn to prevent disability and preserve function.

OPPORTUNITY:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends
• Provide patient care in our Inpatient Rehab Unit and outpatient PM&R Clinic
  • Perform daily inpatient rounding
  • Track patient progress towards care goals
  • Monitor and treat patient’s ongoing medical issues
  • Work with physiatrists, and case managers on discharge plans
  • Participate in admitting and discharging patients from inpatient rehab unit
  • Follow-up with discharged inpatient rehab patients in the outpatient PM&R Clinic
• Collaborate within a great team environment that includes our PM&R team, Pain Management, Neurology, and Neurosurgery
