Primary Care Physician (Family/Internal Medicine) — Sign‑on Bonus & Advanced Team‑Based Care in Waterville, ME

Location: Waterville, Maine

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team
• Use virtual care tools and other technologies to enhance access and continuity
• Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $135,000–$290,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Active, unrestricted DEA license required and must be maintained
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (approved in-person or blended course only; CPR/ACLS/online-only certifications not accepted)
