Academic and teaching responsibilities

• Teach and mentor general surgery residents and surgical critical care fellows

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in General Surgery
• Eligibility for California medical licensure

Preferred qualifications

• Fellowship training in Trauma Surgery and/or Surgical Critical Care
• Experience or strong interest in resident and fellow education
• Participation in trauma quality improvement, research, or academic initiatives
