- Supporting physician recruitment, onboarding and performance
- Helping drive quality, patient care and operational goals
- Assisting with scheduling, staffing and program management
- Building strong relationships with hospital and medical staff leadership
- Supporting quality improvement, compliance and clinical initiatives
- Mentoring new providers and helping strengthen the hospitalist team
- Continuing to practice clinically as part of the hospital medicine team
