Must help collaborate/sign off with some of the APPs patients as they work til 10 and 12mn and swing provider had been doing it all day..
Wonderful office set up right by the ER so it is VERY convenient!.
Teamwork is crucial between swing and nocturnist..
Daily staffing - 7MDs/4APPs for day shift, 1 MD + 2 APPs- swing shift, 2 MD- nocturnist.
129 bed facility, open ICU, procedures not required.
