• Regional Medical Officer and Extensivist role with leadership responsibilities
• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no weekends and no evening call
• 40 hours per week in a post-acute care setting
• Conduct SNF rounds and management with at least one facility
• Oversee advanced practice clinicians including NPs and PAs
• Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians encouraged to apply
• Texas is part of IMLC for expedited licensure with a reciprocal state license
