An established and growing private practice in beautiful Palm Beach County is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Thoracic Surgeon to join its highly respected team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a surgeon seeking a collegial environment with strong referral support, excellent resources, and the opportunity to build a thriving thoracic surgery practice with mentorship available from experienced colleagues.
Position Highlights
- Join a well-established private practice with an expanding thoracic surgery program
- Mentorship available for early-career surgeons or those seeking additional professional development
- Primarily practice at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, with additional cases and coverage at Delray Medical Center
- Focus on comprehensive thoracic surgery including:
- Lung cancer and pulmonary disease surgery
- Esophageal surgery
- Mediastinal procedures
- Minimally invasive thoracic surgery techniques including VATS and robotic-assisted procedures
- Strong referral network from pulmonologists, oncologists, gastroenterologists, and primary care providers
- Access to advanced surgical technology and multidisciplinary support teams
- Opportunity to help grow and shape the thoracic surgery service line

Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Thoracic Surgery
