A growing private practice is adding an interventional cardiologist to keep up with demand. This is a new growth position, not a replacement.

Ownership & Compensation

• Two income streams: competitive practice compensation plus surgery center (ASC) ownership 
• No state income tax in Tennessee, so you keep more of what you earn

The Practice

• 7 physicians, 7 NPs, 6 locations across Northeast Tennessee
• 450–500 new consults per month: an established referral base from day one
• Freestanding cath lab expanding to add PCI, peripheral vascular and EP

The Role

• Coronary and peripheral interventions. Formal peripheral training isn't required, but willingness to learn is
• Structural heart available if you want it
• Hospital work at Johnson City Medical Center, a Level I trauma and regional referral center
• Reads echo and nuclear studies
• J-1 waiver candidates welcome; the group supports sponsorship

• Blue Ridge mountain living: hiking, lakes, rivers and the Appalachian Trail
• Home to ETSU and the Quillen College of Medicine, with a regional airport (TRI)
• Asheville ~1 hr, Knoxville ~1.5 hrs, Charlotte under 3 hrs
