Arizona post acute care facility is seeking a Medical Director to join their team. Nested at 5200 feet above sea level, this community has an average temperature of 70 degrees, four distinct seasons, and offers a wide variety of outdoors activities.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
