- Outpatient-only role
- Established practice: 1 ENT physician + 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Strong support team
- Modern clinic with Athena EMR
- Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Average 15 patients per day
