Locum Tenens OB/GYN Physician — Clinic & Procedural Coverage (Midland/Alpena, MI)

Join a friendly team in Midland, Michigan, providing dependable clinic and procedural OB/GYN coverage with a steady weekday schedule and a supportive clinical staff.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM
• Typical clinic volume: about 2 patients per hour (varies by appointment length)

Clinical support

• Three nurses staffed each shift
• A midwife will be available starting in September to help with call coverage

What you’ll do
You’ll deliver full-spectrum OB/GYN care and perform a range of procedures, including:

• Suction D&C
• Laparoscopy
• Reading and interpreting NSTs
• Cesarean sections
• Circumcisions
• Tubal ligations

Systems and documentation

• EMR: Epic
• Dictation: Dragon

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible (must obtain certification within 5 years)
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Recent case logs showing:
  • At least 50 deliveries in the past 12 months
  • At least 25 GYN procedures in the past 12 months
• Michigan license preferred; candidates through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) will also be considered
