Job Description
Join a growing behavioral health organization as a key member of the leadership team, reporting to the VP of Medical Services. In this fully remote role you will provide strategic, administrative, and clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary medical team—including psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners—while overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health care across Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs, and other medical clinicians.
- Set and promote evidence-based clinical standards and best practices.
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Support clinical program development, quality improvement, and performance measurement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align medical services with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
- PMHNP-BC certification.
- Active PMHNP/APRN license in MD, NJ, PA, or VA, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.
- Minimum 3 years post-licensure PMHNP experience, including pediatric or adolescent mental health.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or leadership experience in behavioral health.
- Strong clinical expertise in pediatric psychiatry and application of evidence-based practices.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to behavioral health services.
Compensation & Benefits
