Director of Medical Services — Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Remote (NJ/MD/PA/VA)

Be part of a growing behavioral health organization as a senior clinical leader overseeing medical services. Reporting to the VP of Medical Services, you’ll guide a team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other medical staff—providing strategic, administrative, and clinical direction to ensure consistent, evidence-based care across our programs.

This is a fully remote, full-time role supporting patients and teams across Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. You’ll focus on shaping clinical practice, maintaining regulatory compliance, mentoring clinicians, and helping the organization scale while preserving high-quality patient outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program and PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active PMHNP/APRN license in MD, NJ, PA, or VA, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• At least 3 years of post-licensure PMHNP experience, including work with pediatric or adolescent populations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or administrative experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong background in pediatric psychiatry and evidence-based clinical approaches.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate medical teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for behavioral health services.
