About us
Our modern outpatient clinic brings together an interdisciplinary team—primary care providers, psychiatrists, behavioral health clinicians, nutritionists, chiropractors, an acupuncturist, massage therapists, and health coaches. We prioritize collaboration over silos, patient care over paperwork, and a culture that supports both clinicians and patients.

- Well-supported: ample administrative staff so you can concentrate on patient care.

- Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and CME support.
- A workplace designed so physicians can enjoy practicing medicine again.
Who we’re looking for
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds.
- Active or eligible DEA registration.
- Compassionate, patient-centered clinician with strong communication skills.
- A collaborative teammate excited to work in an integrated care model and contribute to a culture of mutual support.
Location perks
Our offices are in Hampshire County—home to vibrant college towns, rich arts and culture, scenic trails, and a welcoming community with excellent schools. Northampton and nearby Amherst blend a small-town feel with big-city amenities, and we’re conveniently about 1–2 hours from Boston, Hartford, and the New England coast.
