Director, Cardiac Catheterization Lab — Interventional Cardiologist (Boston area, Competitive Pay + Leadership)

Located just south of Boston, we are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to lead our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. This leadership role blends advanced clinical practice with strategic, operational, and quality oversight of a modern Cath Lab program. The Director will champion patient-centered cardiovascular care, drive performance improvement and innovation, and support program growth in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Practice highlights

• Lead a multidisciplinary cardiology team with strong clinical and operational support.
• Practice in a state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory performing primary and elective PCI.
• Provide 24/7 emergency cardiac care, including acute myocardial infarction management.
• Balanced inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities.
• Structured weekly schedule: four clinical days and one administrative day.
• Shared hospital-based call rotation (1:5).

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or strong interest in program development is preferred.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary: $400,000–$475,000.
