A busy Wellington healthcare facility seeks an experienced Locum CRNA to join a collaborative anesthesia team in a well-equipped surgical environment. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call and no weekends—ideal for clinicians seeking work–life balance while managing a varied caseload.

Schedule and Logistics

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start
• Shift options: 5x8s or 4x10s
• No call; no weekends
• EMR: Cerner

Facility Snapshot

• 235-bed hospital
• Operating rooms: 9 main ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, 1–2 interventional radiology rooms
• 4 affiliated ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs)
• Average monthly case volume: ~1,200
• OB deliveries: ~200/month

Case Mix

• General surgery (hernia, appendectomy, cholecystectomy)
• Orthopedics (knee, hip)
• Robotic cases (including robotic TAH)
• OB/GYN, GU, endoscopy, interventional radiology, neuro, bariatrics, vascular
• Note: No cardiac, trauma, or pediatric cases

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative anesthesia care across a broad range of procedures
• Monitor and manage patients before, during, and after anesthesia
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
• Accurately document care in the EMR

Qualifications

• CRNA, board certified
• Active Florida license
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
