Who you are:

• You hold a medical degree from an accredited school and are board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• You have or can obtain an active, unrestricted Arizona medical license and DEA registration.
• You bring strong clinical skills, a warm bedside manner, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• You’re excited to work in a community health setting and help improve access to care for a diverse patient population.
