Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FT/PT) — Swampscott, MA (Multiple Sites)

We are hiring a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Swampscott, MA. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a wide range of non-emergent conditions, collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Locations: Opportunities at multiple sites, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.

Schedule: Centers operate seven days a week. Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Full-time equals a 36-hour workweek. Part-time opportunities available.

Compensation & benefits:

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA license; eligible for Massachusetts licensure
• Board certification: Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP
• Urgent care experience preferred
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused, team-oriented approach
