Urgent Care NP/PA Beverly & North Shore Sites | $75$85/hr, FT/PT, Modern Clinics

Full-time urgent care provider needed in Beverly, MA to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for non-emergent conditions in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Opportunities available at multiple sites: Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.

Schedule

• Centers open seven days/week
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-time = 36 hours/week; part-time available

Compensation & benefits

• Hourly rate: $75–$85

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of non-emergent urgent care conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Follow clinical protocols, infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements
• Document care accurately in the medical record

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license; eligible for Massachusetts licensure
• Board certification: Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP
• Urgent care experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS; ACLS required
• Knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills
