Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Attleboro, MA (FT/PT, $75$85/hr)

Join a rapidly growing urgent care network serving the Boston Metro area as a clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position offers flexible scheduling across multiple clinic locations, opportunity for immediate start, and a collaborative, team-focused environment delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule

• Centers open 7 days/week
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; Weekends: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-time: 36 hours/week; part-time schedules available
• Flexible shifts across multiple sites (including Attleboro, MA)

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $75–$85/hour
• Productivity bonus: $25 per patient over 4 patients/hour

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Preferred experience: urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care
• Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
