Job Description
Join a growing urgent care network serving the Boston Metro area as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple clinic locations in a fast-paced, team-based setting.
Schedule
- Centers open 7 days/week
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Weekends: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Full-time: 36 hours/week; part-time available
- Flexible scheduling across multiple sites
Compensation & benefits
- Hourly rate: $75.00–$85.00
- Productivity bonus: $25 per patient for volumes above 4 patients/hour
- Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision)
- Generous PTO: 4+ weeks annually
- Additional performance-based incentives
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
- Preferred: experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care
- Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
