Family Medicine / Urgent Care Physician — Greater Boston (Full-Time, High Earning)

Join a well-established, rapidly expanding urgent care network serving the Greater Boston area. We are seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Urgent Care physicians to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options
• Full-time: 36+ hours per week

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: approximately $225,000
• Bonus potential: up to $100,000 annually
• Productivity incentives tied to patient volume (~75 patients/day)

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage acute illnesses and injuries in an urgent care setting
• Perform common procedures (suturing, splinting, I&D) and interpret EKGs
• Interpret onsite imaging (e.g., X-rays)
• Supervise and collaborate with NP/PA staff
• Maintain efficient patient flow while delivering high-quality care
• Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
