Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Boston Metro (FT/PT, $75$85/hr + Productivity Bonus)

Join a rapidly growing urgent care network serving the Boston Metro area as a clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You’ll rotate across multiple clinic locations, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Schedule

• Centers open 7 days a week
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time: 36 hours/week (part-time available)
• Flexible scheduling across multiple sites

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $75.00–$85.00/hour
• Productivity bonus: $25 per patient for volumes over 4 patients/hour

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and confident decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical setting
