Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Atlanta (Flexible Sched, No-Call, $230-280k + Incentives)

Join a growing outpatient team in Atlanta, GA, as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. This role emphasizes patient-centered, evidence-based care in a collaborative setting with extended weekday hours and minimal weekend commitment. No on-call duties.

Locations

• Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton, Tyrone

Schedule

• 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: Saturday or Sunday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adults, including preventive care and wellness counseling
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Collaborate with clinical team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage patient volume ~2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional communication with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements

• MD or DO from accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
