Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient, Flexible Schedule, No On-Call, Tyrone GA

Location: Tyrone, Georgia

Overview:
Join a growing outpatient team as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. Flexible, patient-focused schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call responsibilities. Collaborative clinical environment emphasizing high-quality, comprehensive care.

Schedule:

• 3 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), shifts within 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent-care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage patient volume of ~2–2.2 patients/hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
