Family or Internal Medicine Physician Primary Care (East Point & West Marietta, GA)

What you’ll find here

• A focus on relationship-based medicine: fewer patients and longer visits so you can listen, think, and treat for long-term health rather than volume.
• Typical patient panel: about 10–15 patients per day.
• Visit length: 30–60 minute appointments to support meaningful conversations and comprehensive care.
• Team-based support: work alongside Whole Health Coaches and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Emphasis on prevention and wellness, not productivity metrics.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: $200,801–$317,053.
• Two weeks paid CME plus a $2,500 annual CME stipend.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Primary care experience preferred.
