Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Clinic, Duluth GA (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values teamwork, evidence-based care, and a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.

Schedule

• Work three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) with clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• One weekend shift every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adults, using evidence-based practices
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting and accept walk-ins
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel averaging about 2.0–2.2 patients per hour
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary range: $230,000–$280,000 plus a 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine candidates considered)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
