Overview
Join a collaborative, patient-centered primary care team delivering whole-person care focused on quality, prevention, and long-term outcomes. Full-time bilingual (Spanish/English) Nurse Practitioner position with a manageable patient panel and team-based support.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary range: $108,466–$162,698 annually
  • Annual incentive plan eligible
  • Full-time; typically 10–15 patients per day
  • Visit length: 20–60 minutes to support comprehensive care

Clinical Setting & Support

  • Team-based care with dedicated health coaches
  • On-site lab and pharmacy
  • Emphasis on quality metrics and population health, not RVUs
  • EMR-based practice; experience with population- or value-based care is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
  • Perform clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to manage panels and improve outcomes
  • Engage in preventive care and chronic disease management

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current Nevada APRN license or eligibility for licensure; current, unrestricted RN/APRN license
  • National NP board certification (accredited certifying organization)
  • Valid DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required
  • Primary care experience and experience with adult comprehensive care strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care coordination skills

This role is suited to a bilingual NP seeking a sustainable, relationship-based primary care practice with longer visits and strong interdisciplinary support.
